I had the opportunity to participate at a session of Animal Leadership Experience with dogs, led by Vivian Eleftheriou and her team. I was positively impacted of what we can learn in the areas of involvement and motivation with the help of the dogs. The techniques that you learn during the session and the discussions that you have with the rest of the participants are very interesting and they leave their mark. On top of that it has an immediate implementation. It is a highly recommendable experience for the ones that want to make a step further in becoming better leaders.
