Animal Leadership Experience

Animal Leadership Experience is the result of my passion for dogs, more than 20 years’ experience in the professional world and my curiosity of self-improvement.  During these years I have seen that dogs are much more than man´s best friend, they have a lot to teach us and this is what I would like to share with you.

Lucky, an Animal Assisted Therapy dog (AAT), has helped a person talk again after various months of silence,  she thinks and learns new complex exercises in a few minutes without any orders.  She detects the emotional states of humans and is always there when you need her.  The pure nature of dogs touches us in different ways and helps us reconnect with our essence.

Our aim, is to help people find the leader within, to reconnect with their essence of relationships, confidence, motivation and perseverance through the intimate relationship between dogs and humans.  Dogs help us redirect our attention from ourselves towards the others.  They makes us better leaders and better people.

Through this workshop the participant gets prepared through their self-awareness and the changes of paradigms to explore new possibilities.
